1 FRP pipe & tank production chain

Based on the imported foreign advanced equipment and by innovative adoption, the Equipment Developing Department of group had self-developed the computer-controlled FRP pipe with sand filler production chain which can produce the DN2000 FRP pipe with sand filler with the maximum diameter of 12m while the winding angle is modifiable from 15-89o with the maximum drawnwork speed of 80m/min and precision of ±0.8mm, the sand-fill therefore can be accomplished. The productivity is very high with the synchronized winding and the output of unite production chain can therefore reach 2000 tons per year.
The products are used widely in water transportation of municipal project.
3 Winding FRP vertical vessel production chain
The large on-the-spot winding FRP vertical vessel production chain, which was imported from U.S TANKINETICS CO. in 1995 produce, mainly DN4000-DN25000 and the big container with the capacity of 100-5000m3. controlled by computer, the equipment can realize the 89o circle winding and the minimum 55o screw winding to assure the bilateral strength and total property. With the mandrel constituted of high precise moulding material and aluminum shell, moving upright around the filament tips; it is the most advanced and complete on-the-spot winding FRP vertical vessel production chain in China.
Produce the large vertical tank, all kinds of big tower-equipment, chimney etc. which are used widely in petroleum, chemical engineering, medicine processing and environmental protection etc.
4 FRP high pressure pipe production chain
The international advanced level manufacturing equipment and technique of FRP high pressure pipe production chain which was imported from U.S. in 2001 can meet the technical requirements of high pressure FRP line pipe, well pipe and equipped pipe used in the oil-field. Adopt the winding-tech mould, the equipment can realize the overall production of the equipment resolved the technique problems of the products solidifying with high temperature, the manufacturing of whorl, the contortion-prone of mould and the difficulty of drawing of patterns, and equipped with incision, modification, winding production of pipe component etc. complete equipment.
