　　 The FRP pipes with sand filler which were developed basing on the Lianzhong own technical advantage were applied successfully in Zigong tap-water project of Sichuan Province, in which DN500 FRP pipe with 15.5km in length and 1 meter in depth was the first food grade water supply FRP pipeline of China.

　The longest food grade water supply FRP pipeline of China
　　 In the bid of project of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant water supply pipeline in September 2000,Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co.Ltd. won the project of the construction of the DN500 water supply pipeline with the total length of 73km, which is hitherto the longest water supply FRP pipe with sand filler in China for its scientific plan and strict system of quality inspection.

　Holding the leading position in the market of petroleum
　　 From 1989, the products of Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co.Ltd. have been used in the oil-field of Zhongyuan, Shengli, Daqing, Jianghan and Liaohe long distance conveying pipeline and the system of sewage treatment in which the condition of installation was complicated with all kinds of strong corrosive oil-mineral, and Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co.Ltd. had set an example of the adoption of FRP pipes in the oil-mineral, and Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co.Ltd. had set an example of the adoption of FRP pipes in the oil field corrosion-resistant project by providing the well operated DN50-DN500 with several kinds of high quality FRP pipe of more than 200 meters instead of the steel pipe.

　The first manufacturer which applied large diameter FRP pipe in nuclear power industry in China
　　 In 1996, DN2800 FRP pipe with the largest diameter in domestic eas used as the cooling circulation system of the nuclear power station after passing the co-inspection of quality assurance system of No. 2 Research & Design of China Nuclear Industry Department, East China Electrical Power Design Institute and Zhongyuan Nuclear Power Construction Co., the group had become the first manufacturer which applied large diameter FRP pipe in nuclear power industry in China.

　The first FRP three-phrase separator in oil field
　　 Widely used in relay station and united station of oil field, oil-gas-water three-phrase separator is one of the important equipments during the collecting and conveying of the crude oil. The traditional three-phrase separator made of carbon-steel will be usually perforated after 2-3years and the production of the oil field will be affected. Cooperated with Jianghan Oil-field Design &Research Institute, Lianyungang Lianzhong FRP Group Co.Ltd Technique Center researched and developed this kind of new FRP three-phrase separator with the excellent corrosion resistant property of which the service life reached more than 15 years, and which now is applying for the national patent.

　The first complete FRP mechanical cauldron of China
The complete FRP mechanical cauldron developed and installed by Lianyungang Lianzhong FRP Group Co.Ltd had been used successfully in Jinchuan Metallurgy Co. With the high temperature of 110℃, the cauldron consisted of 4 stirring chambers with 4 stirrers and contains plenty of ions HCl, CU etc. as operating.

　The largest food grade tank and brewing tank producing base of China
　　 126 sets of soy brewing tanks with 100 m3 which were added with outer heat preserving layer to promote the efficiency of heat preserving and to keep the temperature that needed for the soy brewing were produced for Nanjing Jilun Brew Group in 1998.
　　 Since 1999 when Hong Kong Lee Kum Kee Brewing Group subscribed 20sets of soy tank after visiting the group, about 400 sets of tanks has been hitherto subscribed.
　　 In addition, we also provided about 200 sets of same kinds of FRP tanks for Zhenjiang Hengsun Vinegar Plant, Xuzhong Wantong Co. and Shijiazhuang Zhenji Brew Group etc.

　The largest filament winding FRP hydrochloric acid tank of China
　　 The hydrochloric acid tank with 11 meters and 800m, which was produced for Suzhou Fine Chemical Group in 1997 is the largest FRP tank in terms of diameter in China by now.
　　 In 1999, the 1000m3 hydrochloric acid tank was successfully produced for Jianghan oil field, and the 1000m3 hydrochloric acid tank, nitric acid tank and sulphuric acid and mixed acid tank are the largest FRP tanks in terms of capacity in China.

　The first FRP flue gas desulfurazation scrubber installation of China
　　 The sulphuric acid system of Anhui Jinlong Co. is the equipped installation of copper metallurgical system. The international advanced purifying process, which had adopted the dynamical washing technique of U.S. MONSANTO CO. to absorb SO2, was firstly introduced into our country. Monsanto Co., after live visiting the group, regarded that referring to the technique, equipment and quality of products Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co.Ltd. had the competence to design and produce FRP flue gas desulfurazation scrubber installation according to the requirement of MONSATO Co. and ASME standard. The installation included 1-grade desulfur tower, air-cooling tower, 2-grade desulfur tower and related ducts with the largest diameter of 6.7m and height of 14.4m. The installation had passed the co-acceptance of proprietor, supervisor, Design Institute and MONSANTO Co. after being installed and modulated.
　　 The successful premiere of FRP flue gas desulfurazation scrubber installa-tion demonstrated that the desulfur plan of our country sulfuric acid industry and electrical plant had reached to a new level proved our company capacity of designing, manufacturing and installing etc.

　The largest FRP pipe-exporting base of China
　　 Lianzhong FRP pipes have been exported successfully one after another to Pakistan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Norway, Japan, Canada etc. and the FRP circulating water cooling pipes exported to Pakistan Feisalamade & Keteli Electrical Plant were applauded by the proprietor and were approved as inspection-free export goods by the Britain EPL Power Consulting Company. Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co.Ltd. is the largest base for exporting FRP pipe in China.
