Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co., Ltd. belongs to China Composites Group Co. which is the sub company of CNBM. Zhongfu Lianzhong company is located in Lianyungang city, Jiangsu province, was founded in 1987, with 900 unit of area and more than 2000 employees, in which the technicians are about 458. Now the company has developed to a national key new technology company, which gathers composites product¡¯ research, design, manufacture and service together, with rotor blade, pipe, tank, high pressure gas cylinder and high pressure pipes as main products.
Zhongfu Lianzhong company approved certificate of ISO9001-2000 quality system in 2001, obtained Jiangsu Province Quality Management Award in twice, and the high pressure pipes approved the certificate of America API. In 2006, FRP pipes with ¡°Lianzhong¡± Brand obtained ¡°China Top Brand¡± certificate. Zhongfu Lianzhong group is the only company with large capacity of FRP products exporting, the products were exported to Pakistan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Italy, Germany etc..
Zhongfu Lianzhong always insists on developing with technical innovation. By absorbing foreign advanced winding technology of pipes, the group built more than twenty product lines of pipes and tanks, the annual capacity of FRP pipes, pipes with sand filler, tanks etc. is 50000tons. The group imported the site winding equipments and technology of large diameter FRP vertical vessels from USA, this filled domestic blank.
After imported 1.5MW class rotor blade¡¯s production line and technology from Germany in 2005, the group carries out technical innovation. Many technologies and products filled the blank in domestic. The 1.5MW class rotor blade had approved GL certificate. The domestic first set of 1.5MW rotor blades had been put into production in Weihai in July. In January 2007, CNBM purchased successfully NOI GMBH in Germany; Zhongfu Lianzhong¡¯s technology of building large blade is enhanced unprecedented.
