In order to create the academic atmosphere of the company and improve the theoretical knowledge level of scientific and technological personnel, Zhongfu Lianzhong has launched the first scientific and technological paper competition since 2019. The scientific and technological personnel of each department, business unit and branch company of the company participated actively, and 36 papers were formed after topics selection, writing modification and form examination.

Recently, following the principle of "openness, fairness and justice", the paper jury of the company has evaluated the topics and significance, technical difficulty and innovation, sufficiency of arguments, writing quality and other aspects of the papers, and finally selected 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 10 encouragement prizes. Zhang zhencong, R & D department, won the first prize in simulation analysis and application of shear performance of PVC core material.

The competition lasted nearly five months from the start to the end. The company established a paper evaluation committee. After determining the topic of the paper, the Committee evaluated and screened the topic of the paper and guided the contestants to define the writing direction. After the formation of the first draft of the paper, the science and technology management department shall conduct formal review, revise the draft after repeated deliberation and drawing opinions, and finally submit the paper with the review rate less than 25% to the jury.

The successful holding of this scientific and technological paper contest has greatly stimulated the innovation enthusiasm of scientific and technological personnel, created the preconditions for the outstanding talents of the company to stand out, and also provided a platform for academic exchange and promotion of business research results for the majority of young technical personnel.
