Zhongfu holds chef skill competition

On June 21, the Zhongfu Lianzhong trade union held a chef skills competition. 10 chefs from the research building, Dapu and Zhongfu carbon core participated in the competition and showed their skills. More than 20 representatives of the staff took part in the trial eating and scoring as judges.

In this competition, the contestants are required to complete two designated home dishes "stir fried pork slices with green peppers" and "stir fried potato slices" within the specified time. These two seemingly simple dishes will further test their skills. From skilled knife workers to the control of color, fragrance, taste and plate setting, the contestants showed their skill of looking after others. In a short time, a variety of dishes with bright color and attractive color were put in front of the judges. After a fierce competition, Qiu Zhaochun of the canteen of the scientific research building finally won the first place in the competition, and Liu Jiang of the canteen of the management tank business department and Guo Jiachun of the canteen of Lianyungang leaf factory ranked second and third.

This competition not only provides chefs with the opportunity to show their cooking skills and communicate with each other, but also further improves their professional quality and operation skills.
