Recently, the longest carbon fiber blades(102m) in China successfully passed the static test in LZ Blade’s key laboratory of Offshore Wind Power Blade Design and Manufacture Technology of Jiangsu province. The test was in strict accordance with the IEC61400-23 standard and the test data is highly consistent with the design, which verifies the high reliability of the design and manufacture of this over-100-meter-class carbon fiber blade. With its professional skills, LZ Blades has continuously and efficiently completed tests in multiple directions, which fully reflects the full-equipped hardware, efficient and accurate test capabilities of LZ Blades for full-scale structural testing of over-100-meter-class blades. During the test, the innovative use of safe, fast and efficient loading and unloading technology with super-large flange and multi-point load precise matching and cooperative control technology, self-adaptive flexible hoisting technology of the whole blade, super large blade root bending moment load slewing support technology, etc. provides valuable experience on future test of super-high-power wind turbine blades. Based on the industry’s common and prospective technologies, LZ Blades is committed to building a corporation with internationally advanced large wind turbine blade design, manufacturing and testing capabilities, providing public technical support and services for the design, manufacturing and testing of large wind power blades. The test center of LZ Blades has successively obtained CNAS and DNVGL accreditation.

On September 18th afternoon, in order to ensure the company's safe production during the festival and effectively do a good job in various safety work, the Party secretary and chairman of the company Qiao Guanghui, and general manager Nanyang led the safety production inspection team to carry out a major inspection on the safety production before the Mid-Autumn Festival in Lianyungang blade factory,Pipe & tank factory and the fifth blade branch.Qiao guanghui stressed that we should continue to pay attention to safety issues, the more important holidays, the more we should enhance safety awareness. The production safety inspection was carried out mainly about the following three aspects: personnel, equipment and management.

On September 1,the first large-scale 100-meter offshore wind turbine blade of LZ Blades was successfully completed in Lianyungang blade production base. The blade is 102 meters long and adopts new interface fusion technologies such as carbon fiber spar cap, blade root prefabrication and trailing edge auxiliary beam prefabrication. This kind of process could effectively shortens the blade production cycle and improves quality reliability. LZ Blades is one of the enterprises engaged in the R&D, production, testing and service of megawatt wind turbine blades in China,with a strong R&D team,the largest blade production base and the most complete series of blade.Over the past ten years, LZ Blades and Electric Wind Power (part of Shanghai Electric group) have continuously expanded the scope, fields and ways of cooperation and established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship. The S102 blade is an important achievement of the bilateral cooperation.It is worth mentioning that the annual power generation capacity of the blade unit could satisfy the annual electricity consumption of 50,000 households, which is equivalent to reduce 50,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year.As planned,S102 will be delivered to the test center of LZ Blades for inherent frequency,static test,fatigue test and post-static test.The development and testing of S102 will promote the industrial application of large-scale wind turbine blade and large megawatt units in China and will open a new era of offshore wind power.

In the morning of August 27, Lu Lin, vice chairman of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, went to Zhongfu Lianzhong to investigate 5G intelligent construction and industrial Internet application and visited blade production workshop to understand the development of 5G intelligent construction and industrial Internet application. On August 25th, Wang Li, secretary of Yuxi Municipal Party Committee, led the leaders of all counties and districts under the jurisdiction of Yuxi city to visit Zhongfu Lianzhong (Yuxi) Company for investigation. Since this year, Zhongfu Lianzhong (Yuxi) Co., Ltd. has undertaken the production task of 68.6 meters and 73.2 meters blades, which has accumulated rich experience for the follow-up production of large blades. In the next step, the company will further improve the existing factory production conditions, in order to better meet the "14th five-year plan" during the planning layout, for Yuxi's economic and social development to make greater contributions. 

Since July 18th, heavy rain pounded Henan, a central province in China, and the rainfall reached the extreme. Anyang, a city of Henan, has been attached by heavy rain from July 20th night.The whole city reacted with Emergency Level 1 response. Leaders and related department from parent company, CNBM, also show great concern about this flood.Due to the flood, parts of municipal road were restricted and Anyang company also suffered from heavy water accumulation. A well equipped rescue team consisted of 30 staff acted positively to deal with flood.Two sets of pump, 100 meters drain pipe and 100 bags of sand provided stable support for against flood. To avoid assert loss, 8 Party member have stayed in company to patrol volunteerly since July 20th. Under no drinking water and electric support, 4 of 8 Party members patrolled each time, checking flood level and pumping accumulated water out of factory for 72 hours.July 21st, Anyang flood situation entered Emergency Level 1. Responding to government’s requirements, emergency rescue team consisted of 20 Party members from Anyang company gathered by Anyang river to patrol. In the night July 21st, all the staff were asked to leave Anyang company except rescue members for the sever flood situation. In the early morning of July 22th, Anyang flood situation became more sever, rescue team of Anyang company joined local government rescue work, transferring people and strengthening bank of river.When Anyang company suffered from flood, Zhongfu Lianzhong(Hami) company donated 3818 yuan to help Anyang recover from flood.At present, Anyang company has already resumed production properly under the premise of ensuring the safety of workers’ commute.

In order to continuously improve the management level of the two integration management systems, according to the requirements of system audit, Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co., Ltd. invited an external expert group to conduct the first supervision audit after reassessment from June 21 to 23.The audit team listened to the Zhongfu Lianzhong over the past year two integration management system to continue to build the introduction. Through the leadership interview, on-site view, material inspection, business personnel interview and other forms, carrying out inspection, evaluation and audit on company's two integration management systems of the relevant work. On June 25, the State Intellectual Property Office issued the 22nd China Patent Award award decision, Zhongfu Lianzhong’s invention patent "the method of making the root of a megawatt wind turbine blade" (patent number: ZL200910035639.2) won the award of excellence. China Patent Award is jointly selected and awarded by the State Intellectual Property Office of China and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). It is the only governmental award specifically for the invention and creation granted with patent rights in China. It is the highest honor in the patent field in China and has a certain influence in the world.This award is the recognition of the technology level of Zhongfu Lianzhong again, and also the high affirmation of Zhongfu Lianzhong's long-term adherence to independent innovation, strengthening research and development investment, and keeping the leading technology. In the future, while accumulating the number of intellectual property rights, Zhongfu Lianzhong will pay more attention to improving the quality and value of patents, strengthening the distribution of high-value patents, and escorting the sustainable development of the company.
